ARE YOU NEW TO YOGA?

Before you begin:
  • Wear comfortable clothing

  • Practice on an empty belly. Meals should be consumed 2 hours prior, and snacks one hour prior.

  • Every student is required to sign it at the front desk

  • Bring a mat and a towel.  Don't have a mat? There are mats for sale and we have loaner communal mats for you to use at no charge.

  • Cubbies are available in the studio for storing your personal belongings during class, but please leave shoes out in the lobby.
