Your answers on this form will inform your profile: your ayurvedic constitution, your current challenges, we can look at your diet, your goals. We identify imbalances. We explore lifestyle pressures: Does stress at your job or relationships cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? 

Seeing how the web of life is connected, we find ways to make changes that have a positive domino effect in all areas of life. As we work together, we look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. We identify / examine your health goals and come up with an approach that is sustainable, achievable and foremost fits YOU.

We work to get you in touch with your body’s needs: dietary, physical and psychological needs. 


As life happens and your needs change we equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance.

Each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert. We define what you value most in your well- being. We’ll use your values to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be.

We do not dictate a diet or exercise routine for you, but together we explore why some things make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. Together we’ll co-create your goals within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working toward.

Her passion is to help people find the best version of themselves and enjoy the ride! Her coaching is a blend of western nutritional education, ayurvedic counseling, yoga philosophy, warm heart and common sense.
