HOW IT WORKS: 

We start with our thorough HEALTH HISTORY FORM.

 

Your answers on this form will inform your profile: your ayurvedic constitution, your current challenges, we can look at your diet, your goals. We identify imbalances. We explore lifestyle pressures: Does stress at your job or relationships cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? 

Seeing how the web of life is connected, we find ways to make changes that have a positive domino effect in all areas of life. As we work together, we look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. We identify / examine your health goals and come up with an approach that is sustainable, achievable and foremost fits YOU.

OUR PROGRAMS

We offer 3 and 6 month programs where you join forces with a guide and mentor who empowers you, provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.


As your Health Coach, Vanda will listen carefully, together you’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice and explore what truly works for you on (food) and off (movement, lifestyle) the plate.


DURING OUR 3 and 6 MONTHS TOGETHER WE EXPLORE:
- your body’s unique needs and identify what your very own sustainable self care looks like, on and off the plate.

- what makes you happy on your plate and come up with meal plans full of foods that nourish your body and soul.  

- the space between who you are and who you want to be. We then set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change to accomplish them in a way that’s empowering and exciting.

CHANGE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD
THREE MONTH JOURNEY

This program is designed to refresh your relationship to your kitchen, cooking and to what nourishes you. 

 

WHAT YOU GET:
In two 1hr sessions per month, in the course of three months you'll 

  1. Understand how your lifestyle and nutrition relate: experience what nourishes you on and off the plate

  2. Find body movement modality that you enjoy

  3. Explore new recipes, new ways of eating and reignite your passion for food.

No cooking experience necessary, we'll teach you!

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

 

The 12 weeks of the program are divided into 4 sets of 3. 

  • 1st 3 weeks - PREP - food, mood, movement journaling - understand where you are at and where you want to be 

  • 2nd 3 weeks - METABOLIC RESET - here you get a meal plan that is delicious and nutritious to explore new recipes, new ways of eating. You will explore new movement & mindfulness practices to see what feels right. 

  • 3rd 3 weeks - LIVE THE CHANGE -  Think daily routines, complete with meal plans, movement & meditation.

  • last 3 weeks - INTEGRATION - lived experience of the changes we introduced, fine tuned in the previous 3 weeks.

  • Email support between sessions

  • Simple healthy recipes

HEALTH & SELF-CARE RESET
SIX MONTH JOURNEY

This program is designed to help you look at your relationship to all areas of life and find what truly nourishes your body & soul. 

Based on teachings of Joshua Rosenthal, Founder, Director of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and his radical concept and integrated approach to nutrition; considering all “foods” that sustain our life. Things that give us the joy and fulfillment: our spirituality, jobs, relationships, recreational and physical activities, all have the potential to impact your health. 

DURING THE SIX MONTHS WE EXPLORE

Your primary food - what nourishes you off your plate: your relationships, job, home environment, social life and more.

Secondary food - what nourishes you on you plate. 

 

  • Connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be - we create your personal blueprint.

  • Explore your body’s unique needs and identify what your very own sustainable self care looks like, on and off the plate.

  • Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change to accomplish your goals in a way that’s empowering and exciting.

No cooking, yoga or meditation experience necessary, we'll teach you!

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

  • 1st month - INQUIRY & PREP - food, mood, movement journaling - understand where you are at and where you want to be 

  • Month 2 - incorporating small AYURVEDIC changes to daily routines to plant the seeds of change, JOURNALING and in depth exploration of areas you wish to improve. You'll get podcasts to listen to, ted talks to watch and inspirational reading. 

  • Month 3-4 - follow similar plan to the 3 month program with METABOLIC RESET - you'll get meal plan that is delicious and nutritious to explore new recipes, new ways of eating. You will explore new movement & mindfulness practices to see what feels right.

  • Month 5 - LIVE THE CHANGE -  Incorporate the previous 4 months' experiences to daily routines, your own meal plans, incorporate movement & meditation.

  • Month 6 - INTEGRATION - lived experience of the changes we introduced, fine tuned!

Will I lose weight? 

 

Most likely yes, but more importantly you will understand how to eat healthy, what that means for you as a unique bio-individual.  We work to get you in touch with your body’s needs: dietary, physical and psychological needs. 

Can you accommodate my specific diet (vegan, vegetarian, ovo- pesca-...)?

Yes, this program in non-denominational :). We do not dictate a diet or exercise routine for you, but together we explore why some things make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. Together we’ll co-create your goals within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working toward.
