OUR NAMASTE COMMUNITY
We welcome all bodies, unequivocally and unconditionally.
We come from all walks of life, all people, all paths. We believe that yoga practice is the great equalizer and should be affordable and available to all.
Our Scholarship Fund is maintained by donations and by a $5 contribution included in every monthly membership.
We seek to foster a spirit of community both on and off the mat. Our monthly programming helps to grow as yogis, friends, and neighbors. Breakfast on the Patio allows us the chance to get to know one another over a complimentary shared meal.
On hold due to covid.
FOOD FOR THOSE IN NEED
Donations collected from our Monday and Saturday classes are used to buy groceries for the Cooking for Neighbors Experiencing Homelessness volunteer opportunity. Namaste instructors and students alike gather at All Saints Church to help prepare and serve meals for people experiencing homelessness in the Highland Park area.
Since Covid halted the initiative the food bought with your donations is now brought to the HLP Community Fridge.
In our quarterly book club we seek out works of literature written to educate and enlighten, and aim to amplify voices that historically have been marginalized or underrepresented.

The studio space is not just for yoga practice—the Gallery embraces the artistic practices of others as well. Over the years, we have shown dozens of local artists through solo and group shows to help promote their work.
And now, while our yoga practice is only outside on the patio, we have a very limited number of spots available to rent as a socially distanced co-working space.
